The Blame Game will be a weekly column devoted to picking one player who completely
wrecked your Fantasy Football week. No one is safe. No one is off limits. I will, however, try to
stay away from players who are pulled from games due to Covid-19. I do have some kind of
heart. Some kind…..of heart, I think.

My first victim punching bag lame duck contestant will be none other than Thomas Edward
Patrick Brady Jr. Tom Brady was the de facto QB1 in most leagues due mostly to New Orlean’s
defense which allow the fifth-mist fantasy points to fantasy QBs. Couple that with the plethora of
weapons at his disposal, including the returning Antonio Brown, and you have the making for a
top-flight performance. Yeah, no. Mr. Brady went 22-for-38 for 209 yards and threw three
interceptions. That amounted to a measly 5.4 points for his lucky fantasy owners. Did I add in
the three times he was sacked? My bad. He was sacked three times. To say this was a
disappointing evening would be an understatement.

So Thomas, you had a bad game. It happens. But, you let your owners down and in the Blame
Game, well, somebody has to bite the bullet. Your time is now. Good luck this week against the
Panthers.
